5. WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR DATA

FMIS will NEVER sell, rent, lease, license, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for any commercial purpose — under any circumstances, at any time, for any reason. This is an unconditional commitment.

Unlike large national ISPs or satellite internet providers, we are not in the business of monetizing our customers. You pay us for internet service. That is the entirety of our business relationship with you.

5.1 Limited Third-Party Data Sharing

The only circumstances in which we share any customer data with outside parties are strictly limited:

- Payment processors: Your payment information is shared only with our payment processor for the purpose of completing your transaction. These processors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful legal process. We will notify you of such requests to the extent permitted by law.

- Emergency situations: We may disclose information to prevent imminent harm to life or property where required by law or regulation.

In all cases, we share only the minimum information necessary and never engage third parties who would use your data for marketing, analytics resale, or AI training.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW

As a California-based provider serving California residents, FMIS complies fully with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and all applicable California privacy regulations. You have the following rights:

6.1 Right to Know

You have the right to request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of data, the purposes for which it is used, and any third parties with whom it has been shared.

6.2 Right to Deletion

We will process deletion requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total as permitted by law), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

6.3 Right to Correct

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. We will update your records promptly upon verification.

6.4 Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Note that FMIS does not sell or share customer data under any circumstances, so this right is inherently honored for all customers.
