Why Choose Us?

Because your internet shouldn't quit when the mountain gets tough.

Up here, connectivity isn't a luxury — it's how you work, learn, stay safe, and stay in touch with the people you love. We built Frazier Mountain Internet specifically for this community, and everything we do reflects that.

We're Your Neighbors, Not a Call Center

When you call us, a neighbor answers. Our founder Scott Rosen has lived and worked in this community for decades. The current owner and all staff live and work on the mountain full-time. We know Pine Mountain Club, Frazier Park, Lake of the Woods, Lockwood, Lebec, and Cuddy Valley — not because we looked them up, but because we live here too.

You won't navigate phone trees or explain your address to someone who's never heard of it. You'll talk to someone who knows your street, knows your setup, and knows your name.

Reliable Where It Counts

In late 2025, a major planned power outage hit Pine Mountain Club for nearly 24 hours. The local cable provider went dark almost immediately. Frazier Mountain Internet stayed up — for hours — keeping our customers connected while others were left waiting.

That's not luck. That's urgency and preparation. Our core infrastructure runs on battery backup plus generator power, engineered specifically to handle the outages, weather events, and grid challenges that come with mountain living. When the lights go out, we stay on.

Real Support, Real Transparency

Big providers make you prove you're a customer, read from a script, and schedule a technician two weeks out. We already know your setup. When you call with a problem, we can usually diagnose it remotely within minutes — and if a truck needs to roll, it's one of our own guys, not a contractor who's never been up the mountain.

When we have outages, either planned or unplanned, we communicate with our customers. We let you know that we are aware of the issue, and our estimated time to repair.

99.9% Proven Uptime

Mountain terrain is hard on internet signals. Weather is unpredictable. Big national providers design their networks for flat suburbs and dense cities — not for ridgelines, heavy snow, and limited infrastructure access.

We do. Our network was designed from the ground up for this environment, and we maintain it ourselves. When something needs attention, we're not waiting on a regional technician from three counties away.

Our tower sites average over 99.9% uptime, even during the winter.

Priced for Mountain Life

Our plans start at just $25/month — because we believe reliable internet should be accessible to everyone on this mountain, whether you're a light user or powering a home office. No hidden fees, no throttling, no runaround.

We don’t play bait-and-switch games with pricing. What you see on our website is what you pay.
