Covered for as long as you’re with us
- If anything we installed stops working, we fix or replace it. It’s covered by our warranty for as long as you have service.
- Lightning strike? We repair or replace the damage free: radio, cabling, power supply and router.
- Storm knocked the radio off the roof, or a branch took out the cable? That’s on us too. Damage to anything we installed outside, and the wiring and power supply, is fixed free.

Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime, no early termination fee.
What does “free installation” include?
Our standard installation, normally $125: the outside radio, wiring and power supply, installed and set up by us. You also get an AirCube AC WiFi router, normally $100 + tax, at no charge. It’s all covered by our warranty for as long as you have service.
When does the offer end?
Place your order by 11:59 pm Pacific on October 31, 2026. Your installation can happen after that, and the offer still applies.
Can I prepay instead?
Yes. $350 for six months, and the offer still applies.
Do I have to use your router?
No, you’re welcome to use your own.
What if something breaks?
If any of our equipment fails, or lightning damages it, we repair or replace it free. That includes the router. Physical damage to the outside radio, cabling or power supply is covered too. The one thing our warranty doesn’t cover is physical damage to the router, like water, pets or a drop. Even then, a replacement is just $50.
What happens to the equipment if I cancel?
It belongs to FMIS, so we collect it: nothing for you to sell or dispose of. Equipment that isn’t returned is charged: outside radio $100, router $100, power supply $25.

Offer terms
Offer available to new residential customers who order the Jeffrey plan by 11:59 pm Pacific on October 31, 2026, subject to a successful service survey at the installation address. Installation may be completed after October 31, 2026. Includes standard installation (regularly $125): outside radio, wiring, power supply and an AirCube AC WiFi router (regularly sold for $100 + tax). All installed equipment remains FMIS property, is covered by FMIS’s warranty while service is active, and is collected on cancellation. The warranty covers failure, lightning damage and physical damage to all installed equipment, except physical damage to the router (e.g. water, pet or drop damage), for which a replacement router is $50. Unreturned equipment is charged: outside radio $100, router $100, power supply $25. Service is $65/month, or $350 prepaid for six months. No contract.
