Case Management

 

The Family Resource Center  Case Management Program will link children and families with services they require with the ultimate goal of keeping kids in school. Family Liaisons will serve as the primary contact between the school and home. 

Case Management services include:

Assisting families in setting & reaching goals.

Assisting children & families with basic needs.

Assisting families with accessing services.
