First Annual ‘Pioneer Day Peddler’s Faire’
Vendors Contract October 4 & 5, 2008
Entry fees & deadlines:

  * Limited booths inside community building, cost per 10X8 space is $40.00 for the first day, $25.00 for second day.
  * Booths outside of community building, cost per 10X10 space is $40.00 for the first day, $25.00 for second day.
  * All spaces will be assigned on a first come basis.
  * Applications processed in order received.
  * To reserve your spaces(s), fill out the applications(s) and release(s) and return with your check or money order
    to the Ridge Route communities Museum & Historical Society
  * Payment and application must be received by September 30, 2008
  * Send a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your payment and application and we will mail your receipt back to you.

Other information:
  * ANTIQUES AND COLLECTIBLES ONLY! NO NEW MERCHANDISE IS PERMITTED

  * All participants must have a valid California Resale Number. Vendors/dealers/individuals must also have their permit on display or in their possession during the Faire. To obtain a one day permit contact your local California State Board of Equalization or www.boe.ca.gov/info/phone.htm for more information.
Vendors/dealers/individuals must provide their own tables, displays, etc. Canopies recommended for outside booths.
  * Vendors/dealers/individuals are responsible for any loss or damage of their merchandise.
  * Show is not responsible for any loss or damage
  * Set up time for Vendors Friday October 3rd, at 12 noon and starting 7 AM Saturday October 4th 2008
